RETURNS POLICY

CONSUMER RIGHTS

As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in our Terms and Conditions will affect these legal rights or any of your other rights, including under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

SERVICES REFUND AND HAIR CORRECTION POLICY

Our aim is to provide an exceptional client experience to all our clients and to ensure we maintain the highest standards possible.

If you would like to provide us with feedback or have any questions about your appointment, please contact the salon on 01603-260300 roxanne@salonno6.co.uk to make us aware within 7 -10 days of your appointment. Anything complaints after 10 days is a charged service.

We will aim to arrange for you to come back to that salon for a Review within 7 days for a complimentary adjustment, full review, or assessment of your hair, by one of our stylists. If after this assessment we agree the standard of the service or outcome is not what you or we expected, we will then provide you with a service free of charge to correct this, please note only on the complaint service, any extras are charged for. 

ALLERGY ALERT TEST POLICY

You can arrange an In Salon 48 Hour Allergy Alert Test with us by booking a Colour Consultation online or by contacting the Salon direct. By answering the consultation questions, we can determine whether it is safe to apply colour and whether an Allergy Alert Test is required. We will also ask consultation questions before every colour appointment when you arrive at the salon.

If an Allergy Alert Test is required, it must be carried out at least 48 hours before your Colour appointment and stay on your skin for 48 hours. Provided there is no change in your answers to the consultation questions, your Allergy Alert Test will be valid for 6 months.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48hrs notice in advance of your appointment time. Any cancellation or reschedule made with less than 24hrs, or should you otherwise fail to turn up for your appointment at the allotted time, will result in a fee for each service, taken from your payment card, at our sole discretion from our booking system fresha. 

GIFT VOUCHERS TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

2. Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of £10 with a £10 minimum.

3. Gift Vouchers can only be used in a single transaction; and cannot be exchanged for cash.Voucher are not redeemable for cash.No change or refund will be given.

4. Gift Vouchers may be used for goods or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference.

5. Gift Vouchers will not be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen.

6. Gift Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation.

7. Gift Voucher only valid at Salon No.6 hair and beauty 

8. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Salon no.6 hair and beauty is final.

 9. Salon No.6 hair and beauty reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions without prior notice.

RETURNS

Unfortunately we are not able to accept any goods purchased online from

www.salonno6.co.uk

You may return to our salon premises any unopenedsealed and unused Products which you have ordered through this website, within 14 days of delivery. We will refund you in full for the price you paid for the Products only but you will be liable for any applicable delivery and return charges. 

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of receipt of the returned products. 

If you returned the Products to us because they were faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of a defective Product in full and, any applicable reasonable delivery charges you incur in returning the item to us.

We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page.

Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you.

We may update our site from time to time, and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any of the content on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it.

We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.

SHIPPING

Salon No.6 hair And beauty accepts payment by Paypal for online orders. For click and collect we accept cash & card options. All prices shown on the website are correct at the time of publication and are all in British Pounds and include VAT at the current rate. All prices may be changed without any prior notice.

All products sold on Salon No.6 hair and beauty have been described to the best of our knowledge at the time they were listed on Salon No.6 hair and beauty website.

All sizes are approximate.

Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.

All items are sent via Royal Mail.

UK Shipping

5 – 10 working days 

Please note due to COVID 19 there may be Royal Mail delays.

Please be aware this does not include weekends – Orders received Friday will be sent the following Monday. 

We endeavour to try to have all of our products in stock, however if we do ever need to order items on request, we will try our best to have it ready to deliver to you between 1 and 2 weeks from the order date. We will keep you informed via email or telephone on your expected date. Items dispatched by standard delivery should arrive within 5-10 working days.

We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any Salon No.6 hair and beauty products at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from delivery.

This fee is payable by yourself and they will contact you via email or telephone. It is advisable to advise us of a work address if you will not be at home to receive your order.

HAIR ACCESSORIES , HAIR BRUSHES, COMBS

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of hair care products such as hair bands, hair scrunchies ,hair brushes and combs once they have been opened and used.
